Float Glass |
Float glass is the most advanced glass produ ction
technology in the world nowadays. At first, all kinds of raw material
is weighted and mixed accurately, then molten under high temperature
in the tank and float-thrown to lines in tin bath, then cooled in
anneal system where stress inside the glass is eliminated, and then
cleaned, inspected and cut in the conveyer system, finally packed
into  cases
or stealage and stocked in the warehouse.
The float glass is very flat and smooth and
can be widely used in light-taking of architectural buildings, autos,
etc.
